Update to Service Provisions

The health, safety and wellbeing of the children, young people, adults and families we work with, as well as our employees, facilitators, carers and students is paramount. As are you, our valued sector colleagues.

We are seeing a growing impact as COVID-19 begins to spread within the broader community. Over the past weeks, Guidestar has been undertaking business continuity planning. The steps we are taking are to minimise any disruption to services that may occur and to keep everyone safe.

Guidestar is working hard as a team to deliver on our commitment to continue service provision. We value the work of our teams and have a strong duty of care to our clients to work through this as a community. We are implementing some practice changes and our leadership team have been meeting to stay current, to be nimble to changing government advice and to deliver our services safely going forward.
