The team of staff at Guidestar have extensive experience serving people with a disability and/or mental ill health. As a team, we are highly experienced working within the disability sector in both government and non-government organisations, and across multiple service types.
Amongst our team members, we have psychologists, social workers, and behaviour support consultants.
Our core values for achieving outcomes with participants centre on integrity, accountability, transparency and responsiveness to the people we serve. We recognise the importance of trauma informed practice and that people are the experts of their own lives.
